An EPIC six-week music experience
Learn basic chord shapes and simple songs
Develop rhythm, finger co-ordination and pitching
Build confidence, social skills, group collaborative activities.
Lessson on offer: Piano, Violin, Singing, Guitar
Venue: Music House
Date and Time: Saturday’s, 1:30pm – 2:15pm
After the initial six weeks, one child from each instrument group who shows particular promise or enthusiasm will be offered further 12 individual half-hour one-to-one lessons — completely FREE of charge.

Leroy Johnson
About Leroy
Leeds-based musician Leroy Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the music industry. He has collaborated with world-class artists like Gloria Gaynor, All Saints, and Five. Leory is a winner of the prestigious Legacy Awards: Arts and Culture 2022.
Leryoy is a MOBO nominee in the Gospel category. Founder and Director of IAM Music Academy. Teaches various music genres.
Current director of the Music House Gospel Community Choir.
Morgan Wheelan
About Morgan
Morgan began learning guitar at age 10. He studied
Music Performance and Production at Leeds Beckett University. He’s performed at various venues across Leeds and Yorkshire including The Brudenell, The Wardrobe, Leeds Playhouse, Domino Club, Sela.
Cherie Johnson
About Cherie
Leeds-born Chèrie found her passion for singing early, performing in Carnival Messiah at nine and leading her church choir by 13.
Cherie starred in Hairspray, sung with Loyal Carner and the Kaiser Chiefs, and won The Gospel Experiment. As founder of Be.Her, she inspires women through faith, music, and mentorship.

Jago Webb brings a fresh passion for teaching and performance. A music graduate with hands-on experience in teaching beginner violin and music theory,
Jago’s friendly and encouraging approach helps children build confidence, technique and a love for music. He is dedicated to creating fun and engaging lessons, and is excited to support every young musician’s journey.
